My name is Ayeni and I started Joyworld Montessori School in July 2014. I hold a Diploma in Montessori Method of Education (2.5–6 years) from Modern Montessori International (London) and several certifications from Common Wealth Education Trust.
Since Starting Joyworld Montessori School in 2014, I have worn multiple hats, starting from being the Creche Manager then progressing to Teaching a few classes in 2012. By 2017, I decided to focus on being a Directress, overseeing day-to-day care and ensuring the safety and development of the children. This role has been immensely rewarding, as I implement Montessori principles to foster children’s academic, emotional, and physical growth while managing school operations and engaging with parents.

We truly value continuity of care and know how important consistency is in a young child’s life, which is why our team is made up of all permanent part-time and full-time educators. We employ regular permanent float educators, which enables us to refrain from using “casual” or “agency” educators. This means that your child will always know and be familiar with every educator in the service!
